Photo Rounds Friday

A 33-year-old woman sought care for a rash that had been under her breasts for 2 years. She had used numerous antifungal creams without success. She had also been told to lose weight, but even after losing some weight the rash had not changed. She said the rash was itchy and it hurt her to wear her bra.
